Meet & Greet (Friday Evening)

As many people are new to PanFest, Friday night festivities help introduce everyone to each other. Starting at 9 pm, you are invited to join in the frivolity as we get set to raise some primal energy and have fun at the same time.

Welcome to Panfest for newcomers

This is an exciting workshop for people new to Pan Fest and is highly recomended for ALL new comers. We will talk about " handling the energy " .... how to tell if you need to ground and why. Why would you want to attend more than one ritual and some of the different viewpoints of the different paths. We'll be there to answer question to the best of our abilities. We want this to be an enjoyable weekend for all and this should help guide you.

Fireside Drumming & Chanting

Get that Primal Energy pumping with nightly drumming/chanting. Bring a drum if you have one...the more the merrier! Presented by All Of You!

Women's Mysteries

Reflect with us as we explore the integration of the spiritual and the secular in female identity-- how we bring the Goddess into all facets of our lives. Women's mysteries offers a time for sharing and for learning together.

Children's Programming/Family Programming

We've structured some activities for the 'Wee Ones' to keep them from being bored to tears. The Children's Programming will be planned and executed by the Children's Activity Coordinator and volunteers.
Family Programming will be planned by the Children's Activity Coordinator, and MUST include participation by at least one of the child's parents/guardians. No exceptions! Presented by Trinity-Fey
This is not a babysitting service. We understand that it takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes parents. You shall not abandon your child at the festival; this is not a babysitting service. You are responsible AT ALL TIMES for the safety, well being, entertainment, and behaviour of you child.
All the workshops and rituals are given by you the participants, so when you register, please indicate what workshops and/or rituals you wish to host. Each year we have many exciting rituals and workshops where members of the Pagan community meet to share their knowledge with others.

NOTE: for the 11th anniversary only PRE-APPROVED workshops and rituals will be allowed on site. Any private groups wishing to conduct workshops/rituals (even for their own group) will be required to 'register' where and when they request space to ensure private functions do not interfere with pre-planned activities.

Any non-sanctioned activities or activities that run late may be cut short at the discretion of the PanFest Board.

This is to ensure that all persons putting time and effort into creating a stunning and dazzling 10th anniversary festival will not have their time/space intruded upon by others. Thank you.
